Resolve Law LA Virtual MSC Program

The Resolve Law LA Virtual Mandatory Settlement Conference (MSC) Program offers free 3-hour MSCs staffed by volunteer Settlement Officers drawn from members of ASCDC, BHBA, CAALA, CELA, LA-ABOTA, and LACBA. RLLA MSCs are currently available for Los Angeles County Superior Court (LASC) (1) Personal Injury (PI) Hub cases; and (2) non-complex employment cases assigned to IC courts in the Stanley Mosk Courthouse. Cases must have been ordered into the program to be eligible.

The Virtual MSC Program is supported by volunteer Settlement Officers who conduct MSCs virtually through Zoom.
